The hygienist, Lana H., gave an exceptionally gentle and detailed presentation while performing the periodontal scaling and root planning treatment. She took her time, explained each step, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the procedure. Ana, the dental assistant, as well as others in the office were equally impressive, organized, attentive, and supportive, helping everything run smoothly from start to finish. I also want to recognize Dr. “Z,” the periodontist, for his excellent work on my osseous surgery, a procedure used to treat gum disease by removing bacteria and reducing deep gum pockets.
